My second trip to Utah for the last of the workshop series is complete! This workshop was all about lunging - proper technique for lunging a horse as well as teaching a lunge line seat lesson. It was a wonderful workshop! I was particularly looking forward to the day of seat lessons, as it's something that I plan to incorporate more into my training program and was excited to get some help and new material. It's so vital to a rider's education, but something that can easily slip by the wayside when you're busy prepping for shows and polishing up tests. Winter is a great time to get back to basics and focus on seat and position - the foundation for all good riding!
