North Carolina Trip

I recently traveled to beautiful North Carolina to spend the day with Jennifer Baumert of Cloverlea Dressage at Cross Creek Farm. More info here: http://www.cloverleadressage.com/ 
Jen is a wonderful teacher and was very generous to allow me to lesson on one of her sale horses, a talented 8 year old mare named Alice. I was excited to meet Jen, as I am on the lookout for training opportunities in the South. My boyfriend, Nate is studying at the University of Tennessee at Knoxville and I've been spending a little time in the area. I'm definitely looking forward to spending more time with Jen in the future. It's a beautiful farm with many lovely horses. Jen has a great teaching style; she was very respectful and clear with her instruction. I learned a lot in a short time!
